Aim games that start in a tab
A browser will not replace a big downloaded shooter, and it does not have to. The reason to play one here is that the round starts now. These are the aim games on FreeGameToPlay, from a two-minute bubble board to a longer mech fight.
Short and bright
Bubble Beat is a bubble shooter: match colors, clear the board, start again. Fruit Archer is aiming at fruit rather than at a character. Bounce and Burst and Yaka Arrow are the same family, quick and readable on a phone. Kids play these. Adults play these on a break. There is no separate “mature” version.
When you want the round to last
Mech Fury is a survival arena. You are in a mech, the fight keeps coming, and a good run is something you can get better at. Blackout Sniper is slower aiming. Siege Outpost is a defense fight that lasts as long as you hold the outpost. Drift Legends is the odd one in the set: a car that survives by drifting and firing back. They are collected under shooting games.
If you want a hundred other shooters after one of these, CrazyGames and Poki are the larger rooms. Some of those are excellent and some are noise. I would rather you start with a game I can describe, then go looking.
Before you pick one
Are these too much for kids?
No. They are cartoon action in a browser, with no chat. Bubble Beat and Fruit Archer are as mild as aim games get. Mech Fury is louder, and still the same kind of site.
Do I need a mouse?
A mouse helps for Blackout Sniper and Mech Fury. Bubble Beat is fine with a finger.
